Turkey Veggie Burrito

Turkey (light meat), .25 cup, diced Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup pieces Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 1 serving Salt, 2 dash Pepper, black, 2 dash
makes one burrito
Heat small skillet to med high heat.
Add all ingredients.
Cover with lid and stirring every few minutes.
When the onions are soft and everything has heated evenly, place the tortilla over the meat and veggies for a minute.
Turn skillet over onto plate and rap burrito around ingredients.
You may also choose to add fresh peppers, or salsa to this.
