Brown Rice Nut Salad

Ingredients
Rice Salad:4 Cups- Short Grain Brown Rice (Cooked and Chilled)1/2 Cup- Carrots 1/2" Dice (Blanched and Cooled)1 Cup- Broccoli Florets (Blanched and Cooled)1/4 Cup- Red Peppers 1/2" Dice1/4 Cup- Green Peppers 1/2" Dice1- Scallion, thinly sliced1/2 Cup- Celery, thinly sliced1/4 Cup- Red onion, 1/2" Dice1/4 Cup- Fresh Cilantro, Chopped1/4 Cup- Raisins 1/3 Cup- Walnut Pieces (Toasted)1/3 Cup- Sunflower Seeds (Toasted)Dressing:1/2 tsp- Fresh Chopped Garlic1/2 tsp- Fresh Minced Garlic2 tsp- Sesame Tahini1/4 tsp- Ground Cinnamon4 tsp- Tomato Paste1/4 tsp- Black Pepper3 Tbsp- Soy Sauce4 tsp- Lemon Juice1/4 Cup- Olive Oil
Directions
Rice Salad:
1) Combine all of the ingredients for salad in large bowl

Dressing:
1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except olive oil, and whisk together
2) Slowly drizzle in olive oil, whisking continuously
3) Toss rice salad with dressing
