Orange Black Beans

Ingredients
Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)*Brown Rice, medium grain, .5 cup (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Oranges, 1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) (remove)Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp (remove)SaltPepperCilantroCayenne pepper flakesCuminChili Powder
Directions
Cook brown rice as indicated. Saute green pepper and onions and spices in butter. Add black beans, tomatoes, orange juice, and cocoa powder. Cook for a few minutes until reduced, then add to rice. Add water if needed and cook for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
