Light Pesto Asparagus Frittata

Ingredients
2 cups 100% egg whites1 cup nonfat cottage cheese2 T. pesto1 T. mushroom seasoning, or 1 tsp salt3 cups asparagus, cooked or steamed
Directions
Spray a glass 8x8 pan with non-stick spray or grease with butter. Layer cooked asparagus into the pan. Cover with the remaining ingredients, mix and spread evenly amongst the asparagus.

Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until the egg whites are cooked.
