Whole Wheat Country Rolls with Chia Seeds

Ingredients
1 cup warm water1 Tablesoon active yeast1/4 cup sugar 1.5 Tablespoons oil1 eggA few tablespoons of flour to flour surface for kneading2 cups all purpose flour1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1.5 teaspoons saltGarlic powder is optional
Directions
Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water in a big bowl until slightly foamy- 5 minutes.
Add egg, oil, sugar and salt
Beat in flour 1 cup at a time
Knead for 8 minutes on floured surface or until dough is a stretchy ball
Rise 1 hour, coverec with plastic wrap or a towel in a warm dry place
Form into 12 rolls and put onto greased baking sheet then sprinkle with chia seeds
Cover and rise for 30-40 minutes (doubled in size)
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
