Wallaby's Smasher

Ingredients
6 medium potatoes (about 1 lb) cut into large chunks1/2 cup light sour cream3 TBSP butter- softened1/3 cup milk1 tsp garlic salt1/2 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese3 slices bacon crumbled1 green onion- sliced3 TBSP Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
Directions
Boil potatoes until they just begin to break apart. Drain.
Mash potatoes with large fork until chunky
Add sour cream, butter, milk, garlic salt, and cheese. Continue to mash, but do not lose chunky consistency.
Stir in bacon, green onion, and BBQ sauce.
