Chicken Po sole'

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 can Swanson chicken broth (fat free &/or low sodium)2 stalks celery chopped1 med onion chopped 1 can hominy drained and rinsed1 can petite diced tomatoes (no sodium)1 can Rotel tomatoes (mild or original)1 tsp. ground cumin ( or to taste)
Directions
Dice the celery and the onion, layer all the rest in a standard 4-6 qt crock pot and cook on high 4-6 hrs or low 7-8 hrs. Remove chicken and shred. Put chicken back into pot and stir.
