Vegetarian tortilla casserole

Ingredients
8 corn tortillas1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes1/2 jar salsa verde3/4 cup frozen corn1 small onion, sliced1 cup bell pepper, sliced1 can black or kidney beans
Directions
Spread a little salsa at the bottom of a casserole dish, then layer 4 corn tortillas on top. Layer 1/2 can tomatoes, some corn, onion, bell pepper, and half the beans, then add another layer of tortillas and repeat until all ingredients are gone.

Bake at 350 for 30-45 mins or until warmed through. Top with cheese, sour cream, or chopped avocado (not counted in nutritional info)
