1 sweet potato (large), large cubes6 cloves of garlic, chopped coarsely3 teaspoons of brown sugar, sprinkled2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil3 teaspoons of kosher salt
Prepare items, garlic on the bottom of the pan. Arrange sweet potato cubes in pan, drizzle olive oil over vegetables. Sprinkle brown sugar and kosher salt over dish. (Optionally you can put chili flakes on the dish.)
Oven should be at 325 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes or until goldened and roasted.
