Homemade Pizza

Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tspJiffy Pizza Crust Mix, 5 servingPasta Sauce, Prego Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic, 2 cupBeef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, crumbles, cooked, pan-browned (hamburger, ground chuck), 8 ozShredded Mozzerella Cheese (part-skim), 2 cupWhole Wheat Flour, 0.25 cupRed onion, chopped, 0.25 cupGreen pepper, chopped, 0.25 cup
Directions
Add flour to crust mix and make crust per instructions on box letting rise for 20 minutes. Brown and drain hamburger. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease large cookie sheet or pizza pan with olive oil. Spread crust over cookie sheet with greased fingers. Bake for 10 minutes. Take out of oven and cover with pasta sauce, hamburger, cheese and any other toppings of your choice. Put back in oven and bake another 12-14 minutes. Cut into 12 even pieces.
