Ingredients:Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cupFlour, white, .5 cupGranulated Sugar, .5 cupSplenda No Calorie Sweetener,.5 cupMilk, skim, 1 cupBaking Powder, 2 tspStrawberries, fresh, 2 cup, halvesBlueberries, fresh, .25 cupBlackberries, fresh, .25 cupButter, salted, .5 cupLow fat cream cheese, .5 cup (cut into pieces)Egg, fresh, 1 extra large
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Melt butter and pour into a 9x13 baking pan. In small bowl beat egg and add milk flour(s), sugar/splenda, baking powder and salt. Pour over butter, but do not stir. Add the berries and cream cheese pieces. Bake for 45 min or until top is golden brown.
