1/2 cup Egg Beaters, egg substitute1 packet Alpine Spiced Apple Cider Mix, sugar free1/4 cup water4 slices 100% Whole wheat breadGround cinnamon
Spray & heat griddle, or large skillet, to medium high. Combine Egg Beaters, cider mix & water in blender, or small bowl with whisk, until blended. Pour into flat dish or pie pan. Dip bread slices on both sides until well saturated. Place on heated griddle, sprinkle with cinnamon, & cook until browned. Flip & repeat. Serve with warm syrup, jelly, fruit, or nuts.
