Jamie Eason Carrot Cake Protein Bars

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice flour3/4 cup truvia baking blend2 scoops vanilla protein powder2 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp allspice1/8 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp baking soda7 oz baby food carrots4 egg whites3 oz water
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients except carrots, water, eggs and truvia together.
3. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
4. Combine ingredients and mix well with whisk.
5. Pour into sprayed 8x8 glass pyrex.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
