-1/4 Cup of Walnuts- 1 and 1/2 cup of arugala-half gala apple-half a small carrot -half a cucumber
Put your arugula in a medium bowl.
Measure out and add your walnuts
Dice your apple and throw on salad.
Slice your cucumber thin and throw on salad.
Take your half carrot and thinly grate it over the salad
