low fat buttermilk cornbread

1 cup cornmeal1 cup flour1 tsp salt3.5 tsp baking powder4 tbsp Buttermilk powder (mix with dry ingredients)1 cup water1 egg2/3 cup sugar1/3 cup applesauce ***you can use actual buttermilk instead of the buttermilk powder and water***
Directions
mix and bake in well greased glass casserole dish for 20-25 minutes, at 400 degrees.
