Honey Soy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
*Peanut Oil, 3 tbspChicken Breast, no skin, 1000 grams*Baked Potato, with skin, 4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)Carrots, raw, 1 mediumPeas, frozen, 1.5 cupHoney Soy Recipe Base - Continental (35g packet), 1 servingOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Directions
brown chicken, onion and potato cubes in oil.
combine recipe base with 2 cups water.
add all ingedients except peas to slow cooker.
cook on low for 4 hours, add thawed peas half an hour before serving.
