Vegetable Stew

Ingredients
Fresh Brocolli - 1 cupMuir Glen Organic diced tomatoesMushrooms - 1 cup fresh button1 large red pepper (sweet)2 small red onions 1 large celery stalk1 can Asparagus (would have preferred fresh)Garlic - 2 t (or to taste)
Directions
Slice and saute w/out oil: bell pepper, celery, and onion
Food Processor till crumbled mushrooms and brocolli
Slice Asparagus into 1 inch pieces.
Sweat first batch till softened.
Add Canned tomatoes.
Add mushrooms and brocolli.
Add seasons.
Cook another 10 minutes over low heat.

Serving Size: Makes about 4 one-cup serv
