Ingredients
1/4 cup oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of all other ingredients. All ingredients are rolled (i.e. organic rolled barley) or ground (i.e. organic flax seed, ground fresh in coffee grinder). Mix everything together, add water and cook just like oatmeal.

mix all ingredients, add water and cook on low until thickened
