1 peeled and seeded avocado1/2 cup grapeseed oil vegennaise1 cup nonfat yogurt1 T. lime juice2 tsp. minced garlic1 1/2 Tbs. minced shallot1 tablespoon minced cilantro1/8 t. cayenne1 tbs. dried basil or fresh1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
peel and seed avocado, Mince garlic and shallot, then add all together and blend
