Rainbow Cole Slaw

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Follow Your Heart Vegenaise (Original), 8 tbsp (remove)*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove)Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated (remove)Cabbage, red, fresh, 4 cup, chopped (remove)Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave), .66 tbsp (remove)fresh parsleysaltpepperpaprika
Directions
Cut up red cabbage and dice apple, grate carrots, chop parsley, add into large bowl.

For dressing: 1/2 cup vegenaise or mayonnaise, agave nectar, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Whisk until smooth. Add to salad, stir, and enjoy!
