MF Crab Dip for One

Ingredients
2 TBL FF cream cheese2 TBL lowfat mao1/8 cup 2% shredded Cheddar Cheese6 ozs. canned crabmeat, drained (2 cans)dash lemon juicedash white wine Worcestershirepaprika for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and place in a small PAM-sprayed baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot.
