Buttery Ginger cookies

Ingredients
4Tbsp Unsalted Butter- Soften1/3 C Honey1/2 tsp Kosher salt1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon- ground1/2 tsp Baking powder1 tsp Baking soda2 C all-Purpose Flour1 Large fresh egg1/2 crystalized ginger- finely chopped
Directions
Cream soften butter in mixing bowl. Drizzle in honey until mix is doubles. All in Egg. Then slowly mix in flour. Then add in ginger.
Rest in fridge for 10 minutes.
On cookie sheet- line pan with parchment.
Using a teaspoon, drop cookies about 2 inchs apart.
Baking and cool. Store in air tight container for up to a week.
