1 large onion3 medium tomatoes3 cups sliced mushrooms2 medium zucchini1 Squash8 Tbsp Olive oil1 Tbsp basilSalt and pepper to taste
Wash and rinse all veggies. Chop all the veggies in big pieces, mix it all with olive oil and salt/pepper. Place it in oven for around 30 minutes.
