2 14.5 oz cans Diced Tomatoes (I used Wegmans Petite Diced with Garlic Olive Oil and Seasonings)1 bag Fresh Baby Spinach2 Chicken Breasts, cooked and chopped1 cup Rice, cooked separately1 cup Mozerella Cheese
Directions

Serving Size: makes 6 1-cup servings

Cook chicken and rice separately, combine all ingrediets, heat and season to taste
