Bechamel sauce

Ingredients
Blending Flour, 1 tbsp Skim Milk, 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 dash Nutmeg, ground, 0.25 tsp
Directions
Blend the flour in the milk. Add the nutmeg and pepper. Bring it to the boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add cheese and mix thoroughly.
