Creamy Broccoli Stuffed Chicken

1 Package Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken1 Cup Water1 10 oz Package of Frozen Broccoli thawed and drained1 Can of 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup1/2 cup Fat Free Milk1 tsp Paprika2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 400. Combine Stuffing mix and water in large bowl. Set aside for five minutes. Meanwhile pound Chicken to 1.4 inch thickness using meat mallet. Add broccoli to stuffing mix and mix lightly. Spread stuffing mixture evenly over chicken within a 1/2 inch of outer edges. Roll up each chicken breast from one of the short ends, enclosing stuffing mixture
Place chicken seam side down in a 13" X 9" baking dish. Mix soup and milk, and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and parmesan.
Bake 30 minutes or until Chicken is cooked through.
