Mixed Dhal Katore

Ingredients
1/2 cup dry masoor dal1/2 cup dry chana dal1/2 cup yellow split moong dal1 cup chopped spinach1 tomato chopped1 TBSP chopped ginger1 TBSP Cumin seeds1 TBSP Crushed coriander seeds1/2 tsp tumeric powder1 TBSP olive oil1 TBSP chopped cilantro3 hot green chili peppers1 TBSP lemon juice1 tsp salt
Directions
- Cook all 3 types of lentils in pressure cooker for 3
whistles, then let it cool for 20 minutes.
- Heat olive oil, cumin seeds & tomatoes
- Add green chili peppers, crushed coriander seeds,salt &
ginger
- Add all the lentils with its water from pressure cooker
- Add lemon juice and cilantro
- Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes
