Baked Blueberry French Toast

Ingredients
Ingredients: Goldminer California Sourdough Bread 12" loaf 4 egg whites Milk, 2%, 1 cup Nutmeg 1/4 tsp Vanilla 1 tsp Brown Sugar, 4 Tbsp packed- divided Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Blueberries, fresh, .3/4 cup
Directions
Spray a 9" square baking pan with cooking spray. Cut bread into 9 equal pieces. Arrange bread in the dish.

In bowl mix egg whites until frothy. Whick in milk, nutmeg, vanilla and 2 TBSP brown sugar. Pour over bread coating each peice of bread well. Cover and refrigerate overnight...or at least 8 hours.

Preheat to 400 degrees. Drop blueberries over bread slices evenly. Mix together oil and remaining 2 TBSP brown sugar. Sprinkle evenly over berries. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes...until liquid from blueberries is bubbling.
