Crustless Spinach, Mushroom, and Feta Quiche

Ingredients
1 medium onion (chopped) 1 cup fresh mushrooms (chopped)6 oz spinach4 large eggs1/2 cup flour1/2 tsp baking powderseasoning salt1 cup 1% milk1/2 cup feta cheese
Directions
Sautee onions and mushrooms together in a little bit of olive oil. Add spinach and steam briefly.

Beat eggs, flour, milk, baking powder, and salt together. Add sauteed veggies. Pour into 10 inch pie pan and top with feta

Bake at 400 for 25 minutes
