artichokes with topping

Ingredients
4 whole fresh artichokes1/4 panko (Seasoned or not)garlic powder to taste2 tablespoons olive oil1 oz grated parmesan cheese
Directions
boil artichokes in lemon (or vinegar) water for approx 18-20 mins, until a knife goes through easily
place in baking dish and spread the leaves
sprinkle parmesan and garlic powder and panko
drizzle with olive oil
