Oat Bran Muffins

2 cups oat bran1 cup flour1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar4 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon salt1 1/4 cups milk2 eggs1/3 cup vegetable oil1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease muffin tins.
In a large bowl stir and toss together the oat bran, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In a small bowl combine milk, eggs and oil until smooth. Combine with the dry ingredients, add raisins and stir just until blended.
Spoon into muffin tins, filling about 2/3 full. Bake about 15-18 minutes. Makes about 16 muffins.
