Bacon, Spinach, Onion, and Feta Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
1 slice turkey bacon2 Tbsp onions, chopped1 egg2 egg whitesSplash milk1 cup fresh spinach1/2 oz. crumbled fetaBlack pepper to taste
Directions
Fry turkey bacon in a small, non-stick skillet. Remove and allow to cool. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and add onions. Cook until golden and tender, about 5 minutes. Mix one egg, two egg white, and a little bit of milk. Move the onions over a bit, respray the pan, and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs and onions together until the eggs are nearly done, then add the spinach and cook until almost wilted. Add the feta and pepper and cook until eggs are done, spinach wilted, and feta melted. Plate up and eat!
