1 pre-roasted chicken1 onion3 cloves garlic1tsp. sage, parsley, oreganosalt and pepper to taste2 cups egg noodles (no yolks)2 tetra packs campbell's reduced sodium chicken broth3 tsp coconut oil
saute onions and garlic in 3 tsp of coconut oil until transparent. add to slow cooker. add roasted chicken (whole), chicken broth and spices. set slow cooker to low for 6 hours. 1 hour before serving, remove the chicken and section into pieces to be put back in the slow cooker. discard bones. add in egg noodles.
