1 cup gluten free oat bran1 cup gluten free quinoa flakes1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 cup crushed walnuts2 med egg, slightly beaten1/4 cup mashed banana1/4 cup apple sauce1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1.Heat oven to 425*
2.Spray and line 12 medium muffin tin with baking cups.
3.Combine the dry ingredients together, mix well
4.Combine the wet ingredients together in different bowl, mix well.
5.Combine together, mixture will be moist
6.Fill muffin cups to top.
7.Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
8.Yield 12 muffins.
