PREHEAT 4 IN.OIL AT 360 DEGREES. SPOON OR SCOOP TO DROP ABOUT HALF OF DOUGH BY 2 TABLESPOONS INTO HOT OIL COOK 2 MINUTES PER SIDE.TRANSFER TO PAPERTOWEL LINED PLATES. SPRINKLE WITH POWDERED SUGAR [OPTONAL]
