1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 bratwurst, sliced3 tbsp sauerkraut1 slice yellow onion (chopped)1 tsp deli mustard1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and season with black pepper. Saute for about 3 minutes, then add bratwurst. Saute for about 3 minutes. Add broth, stir, and cover. Steam for about 3 minutes, or until broth is thickened to a paste-like consistency. Remove from heat. Add mustard and sauerkraut, mix well.
