Pav Bhaji

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower3 carrot1 large idaho potato170 g green pepper150 g green peas2 med onion4 med tomato, pureed30 g gingre1 tbsp olive oil1/4 cup lime juice4 cloves garlicturmeric4 tbsp pav bhaji seasoning
Directions
boil carrots, cauliflower, and potato together with turmeric until soft. mash. fry green pepper, peas, chilies, and onion together in olive oil. add tomato puree (with ginger/garlic). mix together with mash and 1 cup of water. add seasoning. at end, add lemon juice.
