balsamic viniagrette

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons light olive oil1 1/2 teaspoons colavita balsamic vinegar1 1/2 regina or pompei red wine vinegar1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. dried oregano1/8 tsp. black pepperone small garlic clove, through the mincer
Directions
Add vinegars, garlic, and salt to a bowl. Let sit and the salt disolve into the vinegar. Add the pepper and oregano closer to serving. Just before adding lettuce and other veggies, whisk in your oil. Add 1 bag of Fresh Express romaine and your other veggies. Toss and serve right away.
