Apples, fresh, 1 medium Banana, fresh, 1 medium Cantaloupe, 1 cup, cubes Grapes, 1 cup, seedless Cinnamon, ground, 3 shakesCocoa, dry powder, 2 pinchesVanilla extract, 1/4 tsp*Optional: a pinch of Stevia in the Raw for sweetness or lemon juice for freshness
Chop ingredients to be homogenous size (easiest if they are the size of the grapes). Garnish with spices. If desired, sift spices in a separate dish.
