Cranberries, 1 cup, whole Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Oranges, 1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Lemon juice, 1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp., 2 serving Trader Joe's Organic Greek Nonfat Yogurt, 1 cup Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
Directions
Blend all ingredients for at least two minutes on high or liqufy
