1 Can chickpeas (drained)water from the can of chick peasdrizzle of balsamic vinegar1 small cap of lemon juice
Directions
Put drained chickpeas in blender/food processor/hand blender

blend

add water

slowly add the balsamic vinegar and the lemon juice

Put in air tight container in fridge
