GUACAMOLE

Ingredients
2 Ripe Avocados1/2 lime- squeezed1 med red onion- chopped1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, or to taste
Directions
Cut open avocados, remove seeds(do not disgard) and scrape insides into medium bowl. Use a potatoe masher or food processor to mix, not too smooth though, leaving a few chunks of avocado.
Chop onion and cilantro, add to avocado. Squeeze 1/2 lime into bowl and mix. Place one of the avocado seeds into mixture (prevents browning) and place in refrigerator at least one hour before serving.
