Kale, Tomatoes and Black Beans

Ingredients
Glory Brand Chopped Kale, 16 oz. bag1 cup vegetable or chicken broth2 Tbsp. Olive Oil2 cloves garlic, minced1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed1 14.5 oz. can organic diced tomatoes with juiceground pepper and salt to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil on medium-high in dutch oven until oil shimmers. Add minced garlic and saute for about 30 seconds. Do not brown. Add chopped kale and stir until wilted. Add broth and cover. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add black beans, pepper and tomatoes. Cook covered for another 1 minutes until kale is tender. Salt to taste.
