Black bean veggie burger

Ingredients
2 cups black beans, soaked or simmered until softened; or one can rinsed and drained1/4 cup rolled oats1 egg beaten1 cup grated carrots1 small onion diced2 cloves garlic, dicedCurry powder, cumin, crushed red pepper to taste
Directions
Spray saute pan with canola oil spray, sweat onion and garlic over low heat.
Lightly mash beans, add in beaten egg, 1 cup grated carrots and 1/4 cup oatmeal. Add in onion and garlic, spices as desired. Using a 1/3 cup, create 5 patties. Bake on parchment paper at 350 degrees, for 15 minutes, flipping halfway
