Egg Quiche in a mug

Ingredients
1-Egg (medium)1.5 tsp. Milk (fat-free)1/4 of 1-slice of 45 cal. Bread "Sara Lee"1 Tbsp. Cream cheese (regular)1/2 tsp. Bacon bits1 tsp. Dijon mustard1/4 tsp. ground Thyme (I use just a tiny sprinkle)
Directions
Beat egg & milk with fork and salt & pepper (to season) Tear the bread in dime size pieces; stir in. Add cream cheese & bacon bits. Microwave in a microwave safe coffee mug for 1minute, 10 seconds. Garnish with mustard & thyme.
