Ingredients
OatmealCoconut,shreddedWheat germSunflower nuts, unsaltedPecans, choppedRaisins (or any dried fruit of your choice)coconut oilmolasseshoneycinnamonsaltbrown sugar
Directions
in a large bowl, mix oatmeal, nuts, wheat germ, and coconut.
In a saucepan combine, honey, coconut oil, molasses, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Heat until sugar is dissolved, but don't boil.
Pour this liquid mixture over the oatmeal mix and stir until all dry ingredients are well coated. Stir in dried fruit. Spread on 3-5 cake pans or cookie sheets. Put in a 300 degree oven for 15 minutes, stir and return to over for another 15 minutes. Add 10 more minutes if you prefer a crunchy texture.
