1/2 c. coconut oil1 egg1 egg white (3 Tbsp)2 tsp. vanilla extract3 Tbsp agave syrup1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk1/2 c. plain, non fat Greek yogurt1.25 c. spelt flour2.75 c. quick rolled oats (not instant)1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp salt (optional)10 serving scoops Visalus protein powder2 tsp. grount cinnamon1 tsp ground cloves
Mix wet (+ Visalus) and dry separately. Combine them and drop by large teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degrees Celsius for 15 min.
