1/2 cup dry (1 cup cooked) Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne Rigate Pasta2 tsp olive oil1 tsp Greek seasoning (choose one with little to no salt like McCormick's gourmet collection)3 medium tomatoes, diced6 green onions, chopped1/3 cup Kalamata olives, rinsed and unpitted1 oz (1/8 cup) lemon juice 4 oz low-fat feta cheese, divided
cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic and greek seasoning together in oil for about 1 minute. Add tomatoes, green onions, olives and lemon juice. Cook for another minute or two. Toss pasta with sauce; garnish with Feta Cheese and serve.
