Ingredients
Ingredients:Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)*Shortening, Crisco, 2 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Potato flour, .5 cup (remove)Cornstarch, .75 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, .75 tsp (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Vegetable Milk - English Bay Original Dairy Free, .25 cup (remove)Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove).75 tsp xantan gum
Directions
mix all ingredients except grated zucchini, mix well to remove lumps. Add zucchini mix and bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
