    For the garlic it should be 4 tsp finely chopped garlic OR 1/2 tsp garlic powder: not both.......This is good with 2 cups of chicken breast chunks or shrimp mixed in. You can also add 2 cups of either beef,pork or your favorite veggies. - 4/8/11
